Welcome to Rien-A-Porter, a multi-brand luxury e-commerce platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  1. General Information

    Rien-A-Porter is operated by RP LLC, registered in Armenia under Registration number: 286.110.1444685, with a registered address at 35 Pushkin str., space 10, Yerevan 0002, Republic of Armenia.

    These Terms & Conditions comply with the Consumer Protection Law of Armenia and other applicable regulations. These terms apply to all users worldwide and may be updated as we expand into new markets.

  2. Ordering and Payment

    • All prices are listed in AMD, USD, EUR unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices include VAT where applicable.
    • Customs duties for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
    • We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
    • Payments must be completed before order processing.
    • If a payment fails, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination:

    • Domestic (Armenia): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
    • International orders may incur customs duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
    • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.

  4. Returns and Refunds

  5. Intellectual Property

    All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the intellectual property of RP LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or purchased products.

  7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Armenian courts unless stated otherwise.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • For international online purchases, customers may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase. For purchases made within Armenia, returns are accepted within 14 days - for online purchases counted from the date of receipt, and for in-store purchases counted from the date of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
    • Non-returnable items include:
      • Final sale items, personalized/custom-made products.
      • Earrings, lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care products (due to hygiene regulations under Armenian law).
      • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  2. Return Process

    1. Submit a return request to info@rien-a-porter.com e-mail address.
    2. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
    3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where Rien A Porter will cover shipping fees.
    4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process a refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is approved.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
    • For exchanges, any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  4. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are subject to availability.
    • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be processed.

  5. In-Store Returns (If Applicable)

    • Items purchased online can only be returned via mail unless specified otherwise.
    • If in-store returns are allowed, customers must present a valid purchase receipt.
