We partner with Yarovoy Coffee, a specialty roaster overseeing every stage of the process — from sourcing beans directly from farmers to roasting and brewing. Founder Alexander Yarovoy personally travels to origins including Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil to select high-quality specialty coffees, all scoring between 86 and 89.5+ points by Q-graders.
Our dessert menu is created by chef Artur Gevorgyan. Each piece combines classic techniques with modern flavors and textures, forming a signature collection that ranges from coconut mousse and pistachio-raspberry cheesecake to chocolate truffles and our signature Leo’s Paw with cherry and ginger.
